About this policy
This policy explains how 17 Solutions LLC handles information through its private productivity tools. These tools assist authorized users with email, calendar information, summaries, and related organizational tasks. These tools are not offered for public registration.
Information accessed and how it is used
With the account owner's authorization, our tools may access email content, sender and recipient information, message dates, and calendar event details.
Current reporting functions review and summarize this information. Where additional functions are enabled and authorized by the account owner, the tools may organize, create, or update email and calendar information, or send messages at the owner's direction.
Access is limited to the permissions granted and the authorized functionality. Google account access uses Google's authorization process. Our tools do not collect your Google password; authorization credentials may be stored to maintain approved access.
Processing and sharing
Information may be processed using locally operated software and authorized third-party services, including cloud-based AI services, where necessary to provide the requested functionality. Relevant source information or summaries may be shared with these services only as needed for that purpose and with the account owner's authorization.
17 Solutions LLC does not use Google user data to train AI models and provides it to AI services only to perform the requested function.
We seek to omit unnecessary sensitive details from summaries, but do not guarantee that summaries are anonymous. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Authorization credentials may be retained as necessary to maintain approved access. Retrieved source information, summaries, and operational records may be retained as needed to provide, maintain, and support the tools. Source information may also remain in processing session history, logs, and backups even after working copies are replaced or updated.
We use access restrictions and other reasonable safeguards to protect this information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You can revoke Google account access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete information previously retrieved or stored.
To request deletion of retained information or ask a privacy question, contact support@17solutionsllc.com. Deletion requests may be subject to applicable legal requirements and backup-retention limitations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or data-handling practices change. The current version will be available on this page. Material changes to data use will be disclosed, and additional consent will be obtained where required.
